I have this big lot of Suji Halwa. Its a bit raw. Its tasty but a bit raw. Now I have to do something about that. Wondering if a few minutes in a microwave will help that.
Or maybe in the oven.
Will try that when I have time, maybe on Friday.
I tried browsing the net to see if people had been through that kind of a situation, but I could not find one. Lets see what happens when I do what I am thinking. At least I will have an experience.
Update - I spoke to someone at work. A guy in my team who likes cooking, and is a forced bachelor now. His wife and kids are away for some time. He told me, gas was the best alternative. Take the halwa out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature.
Then heat a large pan, add little oil / ghee and fry the halwa. Keep stirring it continuously. I will try it on Friday or the weekend and will then know what it turned out to be.
