At work at 6:30 AM. Meeting started at 6:30, so I needed to be in earlier.
Every time we have a Production Release we have what we call here, a 'Command Center'.
Various teams will sit in a big room together and work round the clock to resolve issues before we go live.
This lasts for 2-3 months until things are stable.
When I say WORK AROUND THE CLOCK, its not just India. We start at 6:30 AM and get transition from US. Then evening we transition back to the US.
This cycle will go on till we are stable.
