Actually its not Sansar that gets the final thanks. There are two different people / entities who deserve the thanks.
First - Sourabh. He told me he would find out where I could get the Puja Barshikis.
I had told many and like others I had thought he too had forgotten about this.
Friday night Sourabh pointed me to a Facebook group - Bengali Magazines in Bangalore. I had seen that group before. This time, I visited it again, and Friday night I posted a message in the group.
I got a message back - check in Sansar in AECS layout. I told them I had checked last weekend. They said new stocks had come and I should go and check again. I agreed.
Saturday morning when I went out with Dad I first checked in Sansar. Nothing in the racks. Then I went shopping. A few departmental stores later (MORE and MK Retail) I thought of going back to Sansar to buy Pitambari. Pitambari works very well on Brass and Copper, polishing them well. I was planning to clean up the brass Ganesha idols, so bought those.
Then, on the cash counter I found the magazines. AnandaMela, AnandaLok and Anandabajar Patrika.
YIPEE - My weekend was done.
Now Dad is reading them. Once hes done , I will start. HATYAPURI is there in Comic Form . Need to see that and the other writings, in AnandaMela.
Now wondering when SHUKTARA , NOBOKOLLOL, SANDESH and KISHORE BHARATI will be out. And DESH.
