On the fourth day of the Hindu month of Kartik, Nag Nathaiya is celebrated. This is popular in UP and Bihar, more so in UP.
Bhai Dooj was the second day, so leave a day from then, and the day after is Nag Nathaiya.
Not sure if the ISKCON people celebrate this or not, but this is related to an antic of Krishna.
When the Kaliya the snake was poisoning the waters of Yamuna, Krishna got on top of the hood of Kaliya, and danced. This is the celebration of Nag Nathaiya.
This also indicates it is time for Chhath puja, a very prominent festival among people in Bihar and Jharkhand.
